Balcony & Patio Awnings
Full Cassette Style
This practical awning style provides the perfect protection for the roller, cover and the complete arm system – because they are all stored in a closed cassette. When retracted, the moving arm part closes and seals the cassette: meaning that foul weather, wind and dirt cannot penetrate.
Semi-Cassette Style
The appearance when closed is similar to that of a cassette awning, and optically they are just as impressive. The design of the semi-cassette awnings provides protection against the weather to the roller and mechanism, both from above and below. The underside of the semi-cassette is open, because the all-round protection guaranteed by a cassette awning is not a necessity in every situation.
Open Style
If the installation site is well protected - e.g. it is located in a niche or beneath a generous roof overhang – then open awning systems are a practical and economical method of providing a balcony or patio with shade, because the mechanisms and rollers remain exposed in these models.
All of the above folding arm awning styles have a range of optional extras to enhance any application.
Side Blinds
There are very few favourite places that are really protected from the sun, wind and inquisitive neighbours on all sides: Therefore side blinds are perfect for summer on the balcony or terrace. Often specified in conjunction with a traditional folding arm product, matching colour covers helps create a dreamlike atmosphere for your all round protected outside room.
Window Blinds
Drop arm and vertical blinds provide the ideal solution for window shading. Roché offer products to suit all genres of property and application.
Conservatory Awnings
A conservatory awning allows you to control the light intensity in a creative way. The covers are specifically engineered to be far more suitable than other all weather products. Product variants include coupled and curved units.
Patiola
The Patiola is the ideal terrace awning that incorporates a stylish frame system for hotels, pubs and restaurants. Unique in every way, the product facilitates extra space on the exterior of buildings without the need traditional building work. A robust self supporting terrace cover, the Patiola will allow projections up to 6m and individual unit can cover up to 30m2. Units can be coupled to ensure full coverage over large areas and optional features include, gutter, lighting and heating systems.

Electronic controls with sun & wind sensors
Extending arms with light action gearboxes and universal joints allow smooth operation either manually or electronically. Remote control operation is standard.
Automatic sun and wind sensors can be fitted so that the awning retracts during wind and extends when the sun shines.
